Switzerland is outside the EU, so Swiss orders pay shipping plus import VAT and a customs clearance fee. The actual shipping cost, if any, will be shown during checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Once a box is opened it can't be refunded, for hygiene reasons; an unopened box in original condition is refunded in full. Swiss law has no equivalent right, so those 14 days do not apply to Swiss orders. Damaged, incorrect, or faulty orders are covered wherever you live. The full policy is on our Returns page. One honest tip: the salty taste takes most people a few days to get used to. Give it that time before you decide.
