What are the delivery times?
An order that is processed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. We ship 5 days a week, Monday till Friday.
What happens to my order if I am not at home?
If you are not present when the package is delivered, you will receive a notification afterwards. You can then choose a new delivery time by following the instructions of the email. Most couriers try to deliver the parcel a total of two (2) times. After two (2) delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address for your order in “My Account” or during the checkout process. Once your order has left our warehouse, you cannot change your delivery address anymore.
Do you deliver overseas?
We deliver only within the European Union and Norway. We currently do not ship outside the European Union or Norway.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping cost are calculated based on your European delivery address. The shipping costs are clearly indicated before you complete your purchase. If you live outside the European Union, please take into account additional costs (e.g., import taxes, VAT charges, etc.).
To estimate the delivery cost, add products to your shopping cart, and click on “Proceed to Checkout” button. Then you’ll get an overview of the total price and the shipping cost for your order, based on your delivery address.

I haven’t received my order. Now what?
Your order will be delivered within 10 working days unless stated otherwise. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, please contact our customer service here and mention your order number.
