What are the delivery times?
An order that is processed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. We ship 6 days a week, Monday till Saturday.
What happens to my order if I am not at home?
If you are not present when the package is delivered, you will receive a notification afterwards. You can then choose a new delivery time by following the instructions of the email.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address for your order in “My Account” or during the checkout process.
Do you deliver overseas?
We deliver only within the EU. We don’t ship outside the EU.
How much does the shipping cost?
Any possible shipping cost are calculated based on your European delivery address. The shipping costs are clearly indicated before you complete your purchase. For the time being, we pay for any shipping costs to Belgium and the Netherlands which makes it free for you 🙂 We might charge shipping costs at a later moment though.
To estimate the delivery cost, add products to your shopping cart, and click on “Proceed to Checkout” button. Then you’ll get an overview of the total price and the shipping cost for your order.
I haven’t received my order. Now what?
Your order will be delivered within 5 working days unless stated otherwise. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days, please contact our customer service here and mention your order number.
