- Objective
The Company highly values your privacy and makes every reasonable effort to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and national implementing legislation. - Governing law – Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Belgium, to the exclusion of its conflicts of law principles. The Vienna Convention (C.I.S.G.) is not applicable. All disputes or claims regarding the interpretation or execution of this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hasselt, Belgium.
- Miscellaneous provisions
The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The nullity of any provision or a part of a provision under this Privacy Policy will in no way affect the validity of the remaining portion of the provision or the rest of the provision and clauses.
